Layton Lakes

Layton Lakes is a newly developed master planned community bordering Gilbert and Chandler.  The community boasts a variety of lifestyle amenities such as: meandering walking/biking paths, catch & release fishing lakes, tot lots, splash pad, sport courts, open fields, ramada and barbecue areas.
