Whether you are purchasing your first or your fiftieth home, I am here to assist you every step of the way. The real estate industry has changed, so your approach to house hunting should follow suit with today’s market.
Let’s start with a cup of coffee (or tea or a milkshake if you’d prefer). We’ll meet to discuss what is most important to you in your new home. Is it a certain school district so your kiddos don’t have to change schools? Maybe you need a 3-car garage so you can work on your hotrod that you are rebuilding. Whatever is important to you, let’s jot it down and get our house hunting game plan together. I will then create an online portal so you can preview listings that initially meet your needs. When we find a few good matches, we can deep dive into the neighborhood, schools, surrounding areas, anything that may be important to you, and of course we will go see them in person. When we find THE HOME, I will work tirelessly to negotiate the best deal for your situation.
Most people think once the offer has been accepted, the hard work is done. That is not the case. I will help you navigate through the steps of obtaining your loan (if necessary), conducting inspections, appraisals, escrow, etc. We will remain in contact and work as a team to get you into your new home as smoothly as possible.
